WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a partnership between you and me. It's a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential and be your big "S" Self.

Coaching doesn't necessarily show you anything NEW. Usually, we already know what we need to do. But coaching can give you a very different outlook - to see the world and yourself differently.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

First, schedule a free 30-minute discovery session with me to see if it's the right fit.

If we agree to work together, you'll book a 12-session coaching package. We'll have 50-minute weekly, or bi-weekly, sessions, and we'll start by identifying your 'why,' values, and primary focus. As the client, you'll always pick the agenda for our sessions. Week to week, they’ll likely be smaller action items related to your primary focus.

WHAT KIND OF CLIENTS DO I WORK WITH?

I work with many types of professionals—founders, leaders, managers, and individual contributors—from small startups to multinational organizations. I love working with clients who are able to dedicate the time and effort to make the change they’re looking for in their (work)life. For our partnership to be successful, I ask that you are:

  • Honest and open (and to tell me when they can’t be)

  • Willing to adopt a different or more positive outlook on yourself and life

  • Ready to fully own for your life, decisions, and actions

  • Excited to own your results. Success is directly related to your commitment and efforts made.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ME

I use a holistic approach called, Co-Active Coaching, one of the cornerstones is that as the client you are creative, resourceful, and whole.


As part of our partnership, I promise to:

  • Offer a safe space for learning and making mistakes

  • Be curious and ask you questions

  • Respond to email and texts within one business day

  • Help set, clarify and maintain focus on your goals

  • Help you deepen, move forward, and make progress

  • Help you establish your own solutions and strategies

  • Encourage, support, and believe in you

  • Raise your self-awareness, challenge you, and help you to recognize where you may be holding yourself back

HOW I HELP YOU PROGRESS

In coaching, you'll experience ups and downs. This is a part of the experience and you need the DOWN cycle for growth. As your coach, I will interrupt you to help keep focus, challenge you, ask difficult questions, make sure I understand you, and offer exercises and inquiries during and between sessions.

WHAT ETHICS DO I PRACTICE?

As an ICF trained coach, I follow the ICF code of ethics. Part of this includes full confidentiality. The only time I will break confidentiality is if I believe that you could be of harm to yourself or others.
